Well done, Tony .... as usual. And as usual, it plays with my emotions, or should I say, I "let" it play with my emotions.

I don't know quite what it is, perhaps just me, because although I find the photo "energetic", profuse in color, and well balanced, one-of-a-kind, there doesn't seem to be any "beginning" or "end" to it when I look at it. It's difficult to explain. I hope you understand. Perhaps the photo would be more "complete" (to me) if it had a "border" (some sort of  frame / natural or man-made) around it. I believe it would lend a sense of "completion" to the work. And that aspect of it is the only reason I would rate it a 6.5 instead of a 7. Perhaps it is deserving of a 7, but I always rate a photograph on "what it does for me!"

Overall, Tony, it is another of your works of art that is deserving of a high rating. Keep up the good work.

Tony,

I agree with Cosmin. This reminds me of a beautiful stained glass window. The only part I perhaps find a tiny bit distracting
to my eye is the bit of blue in the middle left. But I love the overall image! Tahir

Beautiful! What more can be said...

Tony, I love the brilliant colours and the spontanious feel this has. It reminds me of a Van Gogh painting. Dazzling! Best wishes, Linda

Amazing post processing. Looks like a knife painting. Well done. Regards, ifti.

I am glad you liked it and I also envisioned it as stained glass. The interesting thing is that I found this location and there were no red maple leaves to reflect in the water. This spot yielded most of my floating leaf series of images.  It might have been too colorful to get a red leaf floating by.

Thanks for your visit and insightful comment. I hear you re the 'blue' but in the context of an abstract/stained glass image, I am OK with it as it appeared naturally in this image. I still appreciate your comment.  Best regards,

Linda M, Antonio, Linda D and Iftikhar,

And to everyone else, I appreciate your strong support and I am pleased that you think it is beautiful.

I think the painterly epithets have been exhausted by others, but I'll go for 'impressionist' myself. Each little stroke of colour adds to the beauty of the whole, and the palette is magnificent - a joy for the eye.

My thanks to everyone For what it is worth, I will be away for a while and not really sure when and if i will be back. There are matters outside of PN on which I must focus.

If I am not back before Christmas - all the very best to everyone and their family.
