10 points for atmosphere.

10 points for exposure / shades / contrast.

10 points for the model that hints at terrific beauty but is moving to fast for the viewer to be absolutely sure...

There seems to be a slight tilt to the picture which I'm not sure if it helps. (It's probably good for the atmosphere but bad for the pure aesthetics. Choices, choices.)

All in all a success in my book!

Matthijs.

Thank you , coming from you it's a great ancouragement. I've seen that u have taken outstanding immages using Sony DSC W5 that is technicaly inferior to DSLR cameras..proving known yet frequently forgotten true that it is a man that takes a picture..BR, vf

Call it moody or call it atmosphere, whichever, but it has it. To me a very timeless image, I look at her and the train then the sign and finally the rows of lights leading you into the night. Very film noir. Very good work Vlad. Take care.

The precise exposure Vladimir and the light treatment gives this nice atmosphere, and makes this nocturnal capture special....

But IMHO the strongest points are the perfect composition with great depth and perspective and the presence of this pretty walker......

Warm congrats my friend.....and ....7...rate.

This is a terrific picture for me. I agree with everyone else about the atmosphere, to me a very significant feeling of being there on the spot.

Excellent street shot! The rainy evening mood is conveyed perfectly, and the image is brought to life with the motion blur of the tram cars, and the reflected lights in the wet pavement. The icing on the cake of course is the lady with the umbrella hurrying home.

Full of mood and atmosphere. Great capture Well done Vladimir

7 from me.

Best Regards

It is a very nice B/W composition . It feels well the  train station activity, the  movement of two trains approaching and passing each other.Great timing, light and shadow . Very well observed.
