''Very Heavy Metal''

The subject was a very oily black. The color is from reflections fromthe sky, both directly and from a puddle.

I think if I knew exactly what I was looking at it might help me understand this. Strange one!

It is a close-up of a portion of a pile-driver.  The driver was Very Oily and from one angle reflected the sky giving it an 'other-worldly' look.

I will be using this image, along with others, in an informal photography talk I have been asked to give to a local group.  The topic will be "How to see 'art' in everyday objects."
