Sometimes when a photographer takes a photographer a review shows

the photo revealing more than the photographer appreciated at the time.

For instance, view the VERY WIDE OPEN MOUTH of this young miss

as she prepares for insertion of her boyfrieind's langue (that's the French

name for it). Your ratings, critiques and comments are invited and most

welcome. If you rate harshly, very critically, or just wish to make an

observation, please submit a helpful and constructive comment; thank

you in advance for sharing your photographic knowledge to help improve

my photography. Enjoy! (BUT DO VIEW LARGE, PLEASE) John

This may not be the 'Great White' shark chased by police chief Martin Brody of fictional Amity Island in top-grossing summer blockbuster film JAWS, but her opening here certainly is impressive.

While maybe not big enough to swallow a boat, or even a fisherman whole, I'm impressed, and I'm not easily impressed (I thought I'd seen -- and photographed -- nearly everything -- at least that can be posted here ;~))

I won't win a photo contest with this shot, but it is sooo interesting to me, just in one detail I couldn't resist sharing it; it is entirely 'original, as you state, even if only in one small but significant detail.

And I hadn't seen this when I was photographing, which made it like the treat at the bottom of the box of Cracker Jacks (traditional American candy treat with a small 'toy' at the box bottom).

I hope that the 'art' I create (not just capture, but 'create') is a good mirror of my soul.  Very profound words, Meir.

What struck me instantly was the hearts all over the image and how the couples pressed faces created the same shape as I have shown on the image I've attached.

A moment captured forever, a kiss that's beginning but has not yet happened completely.

Very interesting image to say the least.

I'm speechless.

You've added something I didn't see at all; in fact one thing I should have seen (hearts) andsecondly the heart shape on the faces (your attachment).

Step to the head o fthe class.

You've done it again.

I was so surprised to find that you had not made reference to them being surrounded by hearts and then kissing... The heart shape formed from their faces was a visual treat to my eyes and I found the entire image full of little treats. By the way, I like being at the head of the class, even it's only for a short time.

The skilled 'street' photographer is attuned to 'seeing' everything, but sometimes when one gets stuck in a familiar place, things sometimes get 'tuned out'.

That's one more helpful advantage of exposing one's work, even one's supposedly more 'minor' work, to critique.  Sometimes more richness appears than is shown at first.

Thanks for helping me uncover it.
