You can't stick a wide angle lens in someone's face and expect a natural looking face.  This is particularly so if either the chin is tilted up or forehead down.

I think it's conspicuous that I'm not attempting to avoid distortion, but rather am celebrating the effect a wide angle glass can provide. 

It's interesting to me... possibly others as well as a visual dynamic rather than a true-to-scale capture.
