Nice shot.  I find the water in the foreground a little fast, and distracting .It pulls my eyes out of the photo instead of into it. I wander if a slightly faster shutter speed  "to slow the water" would make the photo less busy ,and the water in the foreground less out of place (not fitting the rest of the scene).

Patrick,

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I am going to see if I can blur the foregroung water in photoshop to take your comment into account and see what it looks like.

Hmmm... not sure about that.  I like the image but if you wanted to diminish the effects of the water a little,  I think a simple bit of burning the brights might get more attention on the other beautiful parts.  Nice work!

Tahir, I don't feel distracted by the white water movement. My eyes just naturally came to rest on the golden refection in the still smooth water behind the rocks. Very nice work.

Dear Tahir, this is a very well balanced image with great timing to bring the water flow in this amazing manner, by no means any element here is disturbing, there is no such as water movement being fast here but the flow so well been managed with your shutter value.

I liked viewing this image and I did enjoy its exposure and composition, thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.

Thank you all for commenting. This was a beautiful location on the side of the road that we saw from the corner of our eyes while driving to another location in New Hampshire. We went back the next day to photograph it! Tahir

Wonderful image - very well done. There is a nice balance between the golden water and the silky one separated by an almost diagonal line.

Thank you Beate and Tony for commenting. The contrast between the still reflecting pool and the fast flowing water in the foreground was in fact the main attraction for me to take this image. Of course, the fall color was present too! Tahir

I like this very much, the stop motion is just perfect for this scene with the white grey tones of the moving water contrasting with the warm tones of the still water.  Beautiful light!
