I think this is a wonderful image Richard but I have to give you the benefit of the doubt. I know I and other photographers find the tiny images you present (I would recommend 679 size) difficult to judge and especially as my eyes are not as efficient as they were 20 years ago.

I did a two stage smart sharpen on it.

stage one was to sharpen overall image.

Stage two was to sharpen just the foreground elements.
