Multiple shots with a hand-held flash pointed in different directions

-- with the main burst aimed at the organs to give them prominence

whilst maintaining the overall darkness of the interior -- combined in

a stack (stack mode set to 'max' to leave the brightest pixels only;

and to 'min' for stained glass windows). Roughly a dozen exposures of

1/4s @ f/8, ISO 100.
