Elstad 3 Posted November 10, 2010 Started in 1870, the Chula Vista Salt Plant is the second oldest business in San Diego County that is still at work. A hidden gem, it is under threat of being closed because of environmental groups that wish to return it to a tidal wetland habitat. Thanks for the look and the write! Link to comment
