This is a result of excellent technique with a P&S. Nice panning. Good use of manual mode and the spot meter. Well done, indeed - also assuming there is a slight shutter delay with that camera?

 

From that elevated viewpoint I would be inclined to have pull the shot wither at the glide about 5mtrs  before  - there would be more face and also her arms and bust would have made a nicer “V”.

But I guess that is dependent upon what the routine was she was practicing at what point she began the glide – but then again if she was practicing the same routine – you could have moved?  

 

On the PP: I think there is room to give her a bit more punch and separation from the smooth palate you have made with the blurred ice – I would look at punching the mid-tone contrast; lifting the exposure on her face a little; and broadening the dynamic range – an example below for your consideration.   

 

A Really nice example of what can be done with a P&S.
