marc_dilley1 0 Posted November 10, 2010 Alberto: I grew up with Ginko and it is one of my favorite trees. This is the best intimate portrait of the tree I have ever seen! Great work! Link to comment
jeff.grant 0 Posted November 11, 2010 Alberto, I like the composition here. Good composition and macro are hard to achieve. I do wonder if the top that is cut off could hev been included. I like the bits that are in focus to be resolved within the frame while OOF can be chopped off at will. Link to comment
dallalb 0 Posted November 12, 2010 You are right Jeff! It was not simple to make a perfect composition of this close-up: I agree I should have included the whole leaf on the top! I paid too attention to select the focus and to achieve the three-dimensional effect that I forgot to review the composition!Thank you for your comment, Alberto. Link to comment
jeff.grant 0 Posted November 14, 2010 Alberto, you wouldn't be the first person to do that. My digital dustbin is full of stuff much worse. Link to comment
kaushikphotography 0 Posted December 3, 2010 Fantastic tonal and the light effect. Nicely framed and presented. Like it. All the best. Regards. Link to comment
