The aircraft is too dark , the composition too plain (no pun intended).  However, I like the positioning and angle.

Maybe turn the brightness on the monitor up some or turn down the lights in the room may help. :-) lol

Some say leave space in front of a moving object to give it psycholical room to move into.  Others say leave space behind a moving object to show where it has been.  No one says put it in the middle.

One should not have to adjust a monitor for the picture, but the other way around.  Here I adjusted tonality by using the graphical input in Adobe Raw CS3.
