Good John, The inclusion of the radio-player in background works very well.  One small thought: she seems to be looking directly at your signature-logo, which seems a little strange unless you are going to use this as advertising or on a business card.

Hi John !

I'm back !

She rocks on Bruce Springsteen, I suppose: Born in the USA.

Correct me if I'm wrong ;)

Beautiful woman and great pose.

Dull combo you have there... Is this some sideway room of your mansion ?!

This babe should have rocked only nearby Bang & Olufsen IMHO (i.e. In My Humble Opinion)

Kidding :)

Well done.

Congrats !

I really like this image, everything works together to give the desired effect. The contrast on her face due to the lipstick and eye makeup, the hat in an unusual position, and the yellow towel(?) all keep my eye moving, keep me interested, and bring a smile to my face!  The contrast between the background and the model is also interesting, both the red lips and the yellow towel come forward, and the light blue background recedes- giving the image depth.  Kudos to you both, I'll keep coming back to this image.

The radio-system in the backgound attracts attention to itself. I think some details in the frame do not work, the whites of her eyes are not attractive here, parody is parody.

One may not like it, no problem, but as indicated in the title she is dancing  to music, that's where the parody lies.  A couple of shiny parts could be toned down I guess, but it stays.

As for her eyes being too white, that's a new one, well  I could always try blackening her teeth.

SHE LOOKS TOO MUCH ASIDE so her whites don't look pleasant. Thare are some basics in portraiture.

Delighted to have your opinion, thank you, but this is not portraiture. Furthermore, as Ansel Adams said "there are no rules in photography, only good photos", whatever the style in question. After the first couple of years spent learning photography, one discards the guidelines recommended and tries to create images with  impact. Of course, sometimes it is achieved, others not.

The side look is perfectly commensurate with the parody on a "dance-sing number" that I quote the title, and we achieved our goal. That said, one is free to like it or not, and you have every right to say so, thank you, just not for the reason stated ... there are no "basics" as you will discover in any museum or gallery that you enter.

An exchange of ideas Florin is everyone giving his opinion, including the author, preferably without any vulgar expletives attached. Please reserve those for the pages where your work is presented.
