It is a good composition showing a small happy family - would be nice to crop the last beads of her earring or her neckless on the right side of the frame

A very tender moment. All of us who have children can identify with the intimacy you have so masterfully portrayed here. Especially that which we felt with our first child, when that "parent thing" was all still new to us! B&W was CLEARLY the best choice for this image!

My only critique is I wish the mother were sharper.
