cbphotographyuk 0 Posted November 1, 2010 A beautiful, confident and powerful pose. The area of darkness on the right elbow slighly spoils for me what would otherwise have been a flwless image. Thank you for sharing with us. Link to comment
jerrymat 5 Posted November 2, 2010 Art, I understand that sexiness is in the eye of the beholder but girdles have never been in the category of "sexy lingerie" to me. Are they really back in style or is this from a costume shop? My high school graduation was in 1957 and I can tell you, for certain, that the boys of my acquaintence would drop a steady girlfriend if she wore one of these things to the dance. Well, it was after the dance that the main trouble came, parked in some dark area but you get my drift. By definition they were not sexy. Of course the mothers of high school girls pushed them for their own reasons. They told their daughters that the girdle would make their tummy look flat, but their ulterior motives were in opposition to the motives of the boys the girls were dating.Maybe you could retitle this as "Sexy woman wearing a @$%& girdle."My regards,Jerry Link to comment
James G. Dainis 300 Posted November 2, 2010 Nice lighting and exposure. I would just say that the model's face looks a little shiny. Back in the 1950s, my sister who was 5' 01" tall and weighed about 90 pounds would always wear a girdle if she had to wear nylon stockings, (This was pre-panty hose). That was to hold the stockings up. I don't think she ever hear of garter belts until she was in her 20s. I know I didn't. Link to comment
arjen van de merwe 0 Posted November 2, 2010 Nice model, and pose. The confident expression suits the model, being a bit older than the teenage models usually used for htis type of subject, making her quite sexy. the light is a bit strange. It seems you could not decide between low key mysterious with large shdows in her face, and standard nude lighting that shows all curves at their nicest. The shadow on her elbow (camera) right does not seem to serve a function. The irght breast is caught in pincer lighting. Both lights are placed quite low. I would place the key light higheer and a little more frontal to make the shadow in the face smaller, and give more natural modeling all over. Link to comment
