nice! you should have tried zooming during exposure... the effect might be nicer...

@ Victor: that would have been impossible under the circumstances as the only usable light was a hand-held flash unit, with the camera being hand-held in the other hand, so there was physically no way I could zoom during the exposure, let alone zoom fast enough to achieve a blur with a burst of light that lasts somewhere around 1/10,000th of a second.
