Oh dear, I am really drawn between this and the black and white version ... you see it smaller here which is possibly unfair comparison ..

Fabulous in color, fabulous in b/w... Love the tilt of her head and the side long glance. Yes, I like it!

Her face is not as dominant in the B&W, probably due to the color contrast between her lips and the trees.

I like the color better because her face/eyes are more prominent. Both are beautiful, but the color has a stronger subject, at least for me.

Or, how about the B+W with red lips, eyes, and nipples in color?   She's a great model with personality that comes through the photos.

It's all a matter of taste, of course, but I would suggest the B&W.  The color version is a little "busy" with the trees' colors, so that she tends to get mixed in with the background.  In the B&W, you get clear separation between her and the trees, which gives a greater sense of depth, and narrows your focus onto just her.  Without the color, the trees fade better into a proper background.  The contrast between the rough, blurred texture of the trees and the smooth, contoured, and sharp focus of her figure becomes stronger.  Even just her own body gains depth and definition in the B&W.  She "pops" more in the B&W version.   (I'm saying, "it does this or that", but of course I'm really saying, "It does this or that for me."  It may strike others differently.)  I guess that's a long way of saying that, in the B&W, the background supports but does not interfere with the subject of the image - namely the girl.  Although with skin tones as appealing as hers, it's tough to give it up in the B&W.

I love both version's it works great in color and black and white too, you have good control over the values in the B&W versions and it works great in the colored one too. great expression and makeup work on the lovely model. the trees forms a nice deep line in the shoot and the DOF is great.

Best regards Tore

John,

The B/W is much better.

BTW: I often wondered why a such talented individual with such perfect bodies to frame...Should I have these beauties... Voila !

But you don't apparently, and that is why I chose to do it my way .. :-) .. I tried all kinds of combinations and chose the darker version which is the most effective in this setting.

Indeed !

"When I'll grow older, I will be stronger..."

No harm done John, I suppose.

If harming anyone, it is not intended...

I refrain from that because I'm poisonous...

I love with passion and hate with passion: Scorpion...

Thanks for sharing the Beautiful little woman.

I think, no harm intended, that you are more about the viewing than the composing...

As saying in my previous, a highly gifted individual...

Friends ?!

Thanks !

Wonderful prose my friend, but that is not the point .. We obviously try various options before deciding on a version to show. I simply chose the more sublte approach tihs time around .. I have this more true to life, closer to "glamour" version in my file too, but the effect of "viewing" as you say, does ...  best wishes and thanks for coming back again, John
