Wonderful composition Niki and the cloud formation is a definite plus, bravo. Love the light in the foerground too  .. gives a strategically placed focal point of attention.

Niki, Beautiful night atmosphere with the various lights of the buildings and the street lights. The clouds add a nice element to the scene. The black and white treatment is excellent. 

I like this as cropped well into the building on our left, making this a dynamic vertical comp.
