I think this photo would have been much better if on camera flash was not used.

Also the blue colour in the background is too overwhelming.  A warmer colour and more muted would have worked better. But that is my opinion only.

Still a powerful shot.

Although I disagree about the use of on camera flash, because it does give it an "edginess" that is popular in fashion photography, in this image I think it is too strong. I am guessing the flash contribution was somewhere in the 70-80% range. I think the 30-40% range would have been more appropriate.
