Well posed, carefully lighted.  I suggest that you need more picture space in the direction of her gaze.  Hers is cut off by the left margin before it even gets going. An older way of saying it is "put her nose in the dead center from left to right."  Still others say "the picture space from her eyes to the left margin is active space; the space to the right of her head is inactive space.  Maximize the active space."

A work of art.....beautiful light. She is a bit too much to the left but I think the body curve does not allow for much movement.
