Again one of your excellent nocturnes. Very good colors on this one - independent  of the ( often photographed) scene. Astonishing for me: no traffic, no people...at 10.10 pm...How comes?

Beautiful nocturnal shot, Gunnar..! ( I'm sure that the Rijksmuseum would be delighted to have a photo like this pictured on their brochure ;-)  Did you manage to visit the museum as well? -- I know that they are in the midst of a major renovation... Greetings, Marjolein

Hans, El and Marjolein, thanks a lot for your comments! Marjolein, I visited the museum in January this year and, yes, most of the rooms were under renovation. (But the photo is taken in January 2007...if I remember correctly).
