I also dont know what it is, but it looks attractive. Can you explain how you did it ?

As for 'How It's Done'... Have a look at the Technical Details, where you will see the primary software tools referenced.  Then, do a Google Search to see what the software does, and how.  There is not enough space, or interest to attempt an explanation here.  Sorry...

thats was such a rude answer to a simple query. You could have just said that its a digital creation

I am a little surprised that you found my reply to "How did you do it.." rude.

First, he did not ask "What is it?" but rather, how it was done.

To answer only that 'it is a digital creation' would have been rude.

Instead, I provided the path to as much information as he might desire on the methods, tools and techniques used to create the image... without boring other visitors or taking-up lots of space here, with details that are not of general interest or appropriate in a critique/comment space.

I certainly did not intend an rudeness, only to provide a useful answer.
