Hi!

 

I like it very much. You've got nice, contrasting colors; yellow background, dark hair and a blouse in a color which I can't really name. All of it make the subject stand out. 

 

The composition and focusing are very good . The lighting is very good as well, but has an obvious downside; there is a straight, harsh shadow going from the face cutting her arm and  ending on her back. It seems very unnatural, I would much more prefer if this shadow was softer. 

Generally it a great shot! Bravo!
