I watched that spot in the sunlight and hoped the goose would find his

way there... He did!

I like the way you have composed this, with the partial obscurity of the neck behind the foreground grasses , the body being evident in the bright sunlight and his head with that little cap of soft light. Of course you'll be able to tell everyone "How I managed to get the goose to step into the light purely with the powers of thought"  :-)
