Lovely Fall shot Richard.  The Muskokas are right in my 'backyard' so to speak.  This reminds me of Stoney Lake.  They have a wonderful lundh and dinner cruise during the summer, and on Thanksgiving, I know that was the last they were to be open.  It is one lake I'd love to go on.  It's about a half hour from where I live.  If this is the Lake  you were on, many Movie and Music stars have cottages there.....and when I was in high school, there were many 'wealthy' families (not me...we lived on the other side  of the tracks!) and many of their families retreated to this lake for the summmer. Wherever you were ....the Muskokas are so beautiful.  I especially love the rocky shoreline, such different textures.

RIchard, I love the strong line of the cloud echoed by the line at the top of the trees. THe colors are great and the pier in the foreground gives a nice sense of scale and space to the lake and trees. 

Absolutely beautiful, excellent composition, colors, the 2 seagulls in the air are fantastic, lovely captured.
