I would second everything Bill said but add that I think the highlights in the eyes could be retouched a tiny bit bigger - It would give tnem more sparkle.

A beautiful young lady and an excellent shot.  There is a leaf stem, located just at the top of the pink thingy, that is much too bright and pulls the eye away from her face.  

I'm going to be a tad presumptuous, considering your beautiful work, but I find the color a little cold.  Setting a white point just at the top highlights of her shirt really warms this up.   Regardless, well done... Mike

Agree with everything that has been said, including the cool WB. My own personal WB tends to the cool side, and I've had to learn to see it.

Can tell you are a bird photographer, you even get the low angle when doing portraits.  I like the warmer version better and the above suggestion to add a little sparkle to the eye might enhance the image a bit.
