This looks like it could have been a pretty nice scene. It seems to be an overcast day like some bad weather was rolling in. The landscape is nicely composed, however to be honest, the people are a huge distraction in this case, especially the guy in the middle.

I think if you were to move to spot that would have excluded the people, this photo would have had more of a dramatic impact. So, it's a nice photo but, it could have been very nice.

I hope that you don't take my criticism as negative. This is just my opinion and I hope that it helps.
