Powerful portrait, Piotr, excellently presented. A winner, IMO

I like this picture very much but the title isn´t right: The man seems to smile or looks at least friendly/interested, this isn´t a glimpse but an intense look and you wouldn´t do a close-up of a stranger.

On the other hand: The crop makes you think that he´s going away, so there is something of a stranger in it.

 

I guess I like this about the picture: There is both intimacy and distance to it. Very nice.

his eye didn't need to be that white in order for this to still convey what you wanted. as it is, it detracts from the fantastic tone which you have going everywhere else.

Very nice. Good composition, good effect. Quite a striking photo with great detail.
