Ever wonder if the path you have chosen is the correct one? This

young woman seems to have no such confusion; the sign on the wall

seems to 'affirm' her choice of direction. Your ratings, critiques and

remarks are invited and most welcome. If you rate harshly, critically, or

just wish to post an observation, please submit a helpful and

constructive comment; thank you in advance for sharing your

photographic knowledge to help improve my photography. Enjoy! John

I spied the billboard holder, blank where someone had drawn with a 'marker' a black line and an arrow and decided it would make a good frame.

The next task was to wait as people walked, and since it was in a long pedestrian tunnel and I was alone, most passersby looked at me, at least part of the time, destroying my attempts to make a composition.

This time and another, however, I caught two pedestrians (in separate frames) in very good positions and this was the best.  Most of the time they walked by too close for good framing; this time and another, not.  This was the best of the two.

I'm glad you like it.

It was a matter of patience after spying the 'frame' and the graffiti arrow, to make a composition.

This young woman happened to make the best, with her arms out . . . caught for just a fraction of a second, as, believe me, she was not walking this way for more than a fraction of a second.

But I've immortalized this fractional second's capture.

I'm happy it pleases you.  Thanks for your comment.

I never know when I go walking what I'll see.  (and I walk pretty lamely, too,so I can't go out every day, and sometimes only for an hour or two and with great pain much of the time.

But as I've noted before, taking a great or very good capture or even getting such a nice comment from you is the world's greatest narcotic -- it not only relieves pain, but it replaces it with happiness.

When I saw a comment was placed on this 'underrated in my opinion' photo, I should have guessed it would have been from you.

Best wishes my friend.
