You are using a square format, which I find the hardest to compose well.  If you use a rectangular format, either vertical or horizontal it suggests a pose that fits the space.

When you are doing the nude form you need to ask yourself just what you are trying for.  What elements do you wish to include in the list of possible qualities that could exist?  Do you want it to be a personal image or impersonal?  Do you want it to make a statement about this particular subject or the female in general? Etc - etc.  I do not get a feeling that this image is particularly about any of the possibilities.  It seems to just be a friend who took her clothes off.  

Try studying the nudes of famous painters and famous photographers and see what they emphasize.
