Interesting composition, all the more so since we don't know what the red shape is and therefore linger a bit to find out, thereby exploring the shapes of the drops.  Nicely done.

Owen, Maybe not our favourite subject but a very accomodating one. No complaints anyway!

Michael, An interesting comment. It is so long since I took this, I actually forget what it is myself.

Sofia, Thanks!

Pierre, Thank you too.

This is as close to pure abstraction in a "straight" photograph as you can get. I like this photograph very much. The forms behind, the real subject I feel, are nicely composed. The raindrops add a useful focal point that helps provide contrast to the rest.

I have tried similar abstract shots. My shots come out terrible. So when I see one of these I stop to think what did this photographer do different. Well this one is another one of those very well done Abstracts.

Nice going David.

Mark, I think the reason this works is that it was just an opportune shot. I didn't set out to take it. Thanks a lot.

Arnav, My reply to Mark applies to you to. As I say so many times, sometimes it is better to be lucky than good. Thanks a lot.
