Samrat, I feel your first attempt is good. Your focus is on the parapet and legs of the bird. You would have achieved better result, if you could focus on the head of the pigeon. Composition, exposure ,DOF , & tone are good. Very good eye-contact with the bird.Those streaks of light at the background are causing distraction.
