Hamid, Beautiful image. I love all the cool blue grays, with just those few touches of sunlight to relieve them.  

Nice atmosphere rendered here Hamid. I'm not so sure if cropping would help to remove the horizon which is dividing the picture in the middle. But I like it anyway how it is. You have excellently managed to retain detail in the building whist exposing the sky well (or vise versa). The bluish hue fits well with the yellow lights of the building.
