Your crop here really emphasizes the halo effect that the background is providing for your subject.  The camera angle gives the portrait an elegance and allows your subject to be disengaged from the camera, this is important as it seems to say I am more than this photo (too often our portraits seem to be purely documentary, daughter look at the camera and smile, there this is my daughter).

Kaushik, I agree with the previous comment about the background light giving a wonderful halo effect. It's wonderful against the black hair. The white of the eyes draws you right to them. Great all the way around.
