I think this is a great 'street shot' full of life and joy, folks happy in this little gathering.  Amazing what 'emotions' can be brought out of folks as they join into 'street festivities'.  Great lighting, color and 'motion'.  Unfortunately when you capture such a shot, it usually is not always planned and getting just the perfect 'positioning' of all in attendance is not always possible.

I love most of all the expressions on the faces of the folks gathered around.  Nice work Bill!  Sincerely, Gail
