The alcohol a total giveaway that they're not Israeli,  -- the clutching of the purses or keeping them close to themselves -- typical tourist behavior.  A nice pic but a bit low-energy -- maybe they look a bit tired -- all of them -- nice feeling between them

Well, I won't comment on the waist lines, but the photography which hopefully is what you post your work for!

I never fail to look though your postings in particular the street shots which always fascinate me, as they represent a cross section of society in your country in all it's wonderful diversity, pathos and emotion. 

You also take photos in public rest places, restaurants and cafés, but this one is unusual in that the subjects here pose for you, tourists you say, why not. Four very different personalities and reactions to the camera, all of which converge to make another meaningful record of our times. They would look very different if I took the photo, that is what makes an artist's contribution so interesting.

You’re always such a flirt Meir.  Even after a long day of sightseeing these women are more than happy to stop what they are doing and let you take a few photos.  I envy the knack you have for street photography.

There you go Meir, you did it again! I am really envious of the way you can connect with your subjects, and the expressions of these ladies are just perfect. This together with your (trademark?) light B&W conversion makes for a really lovely image. Well done!

Thank you very much for comments and encouragment.  These women live in different places: Texas, Florida etc.  Maybe best friends back in college  and have stayed in close touch all of these years. They look like the type.

Ah, now I am aware and have  now seen other presentations sent to me by you and from one other member. "Presentations" I did not know. The page I had found a couple of times and set up my equipment (lenses, cameras, etc.). Once I could not find my way back there.
