corrosion

of land - the denuded trees with their deathly pallor

of sea - the rusting shell and the strangely poxed beak of the bird with the webbed feet

of air - the dark clouds

but on the horizon i see the silver light of hope...

difficult to talk about your photos, also for my english. anyway, i think that the repetition of the same element gives something more. your work go over the collage, and becomes a symbolic rapresentation, where the disarmony between the elements gives to everyone a different importance. no meanings, but the request to think in an indipedent way. maybe here i had liked more space, but is impossible to be sure without to see

Marvelous work as usual . I can't add anything to what has already been said , but there is just one detail that I noticed . The shadows on two of the trees don't match . I'm only nit picking , so just ignore me . Bill

I think that the branch is always the same repeated and reversed, this makes it a good idea of the repeatability of the floor. I think you should darken a little egg and the bird because they are too bright compared to the context

one more great image and one of my favorite in your portfolio. The lights in my monitor seems ok. You just can experiment a  cut on the first line of the pavement, i mean on the bottom, to exalt the main subjects.

congrats

Your imagination runs wild and you are able to put it in graphic expression. Love the design  the color of the tiled floor, the barren tree  trunks and the confused goose. You have put in lot of work and the outcome is excellent. Regards, ifti.

This tells me something I have to think about:

A (tiny-due to the perspective) goose ponds a (huge-due to the perspective
) egg.

Tiny and Huge are friends.

Think again ;)

Thanks for sharing Pierre.Dude !

Congrats ! (... for me, of course, thank you !)

Congrats O'l Pal !

7 done, if this might sooth your soul... ;)

OK... Nothing useful to say, so I ask... What were you feeding that goose???

Superbly Interesting Image, in any case!

I must say that I agree with all of you!

Dave, that goose lived on a pond near some restaurant, and now, when that restaurant is ruined no geese and swans anymore! Conclusion: The restaurant fed them all!

The acuity of the stump in the foreground makes one feel that one is standing there .. another remarkable, beautifully composed piece Pierre, very well balanced by the clouds and shadowed areas.

Beyond the graphic dexterity and wonderful artistic expression, I always wonder what motivates some of these pieces. Judging from your comments elsewhere,  on my work at least, you are a happy, fun loving individual (though sometimes I wish that these would be as serious as your art), but the complex images that you create can give rise to many interpretations, not always as straightforward as they seem. Unless of course it is the viewer that is challenged to discover the inner turmoil of his feelings. At any rate, your work never leaves me unmoved. Bravo my friend.

I like it, you are skilled in the postprocessing and the composition and play with how you put the light and shadows in the piece is great too.

Creative as always.

Best regards Tore
