Everything is just right.....or is it, really?

The beauty of your photo goes far beyond the technical.

I'm wondering about the reason you had to match the darkness of the sky, with the darkness of the robe; contrasting them both against the lightness of the wall.   In a different world, walls are dark and somber, hiding, always hiding something; whereas the sky, is fill with light and clarity....perhaps you're bringing that clarity to mind, by negating it from both the fray and the sky.

This is amazing food for thought.  Congratulations on an awe inspiring, and thought provoking photo!

Everything is working in this image. The composition  is perfect, the different elements are in harmony with each others, the movement of the person and the movement of the clouds too. Excellent b&w image.
