Fine workmanship. My feeling is that there is perhaps too much of the light coloured shirt. Cropping the bottom slightly -- very slightly -- might make the picture more balanced. No matter if the arm does not extend to the corner.

Very impressive of this gentleman and you have great light here where the b/w format is also a great choice, you also bought out very fine details out of the face with superb contrast and tone.

The position of the glasses he is wearing is another great add and do reflect the typical position of he glasses for some one his age, very pleasant portrait work.
