Raymond, this is a beautiful image.  It is well composed with good lighting and tones.  I especially like the slow shutter speed you used and the effect it has on the water.  A small suggestion...I see a small black dot (?) at lower left edge of water.  I think I would try to clone this out.  It may just be a dust spot on your sensor and that can be easily cleaned.  Overall, a very good image that I would hang on my wall.  Bravo!
