I like the look of the sun and the formation of the clouds. What I am not so keen on is that the picture looks over-sharpened and that the horizon lies in the vertical center of the image (-> rule of thirds).

There is this interaction between the sun and the fence, but overall I do not really like how these two objects are placed in the image.
