Although a caterer did this platter, I took a picture of it so I could recreate it at home.  I love to cook!   And since most people enjoy food, I thought I'd load it on here.   Warren, I also need to lose (more than) a few pounds, and Mike, I LOVE desserts!  They're my downfall, but I only eat them when we go out.....can't keep the stuff in the house.
