Nicely done.  I would suggest that more of the model and less of the background would be a better balance.  The reflection is very good.

This is one of the best nudes in here. Beautiful colours and great composition. The exposure and lighting are perfect. One minor comment for improvement is that in my opinion, her right hand should not be hidden behind the grass. Please take this comment as an honest opinion for perfection. Still a great photo. Congrats.

Raymond, I absolutely agree with your comment about her right arm.  It's one of those "wish I could do over" images.  Sometimes, I get caught up in the moment and do not pay enough attention to those all important details.  On this trip, I managed to fall in the water too.  Fortunately, the water was shallow and I managed to keep my gear dry.  A very good day all in all.

I can't help feeling that the stones in the foreground are just distractors and should be left out. The model seems to be getting lost in the whole image. I agree that her right arm is a little problematic, but not nearly as much as some of the background and foreground.

 

 

Hmmmm, good comments all.  Linda, I know what you mean... so many times I've gotten caught up in the moment, and even though I think I'm watching for every little thing, I still end up missing something.  It's so much easier to find those things when you're looking at the final image, isn't it?

Anyway, beautiful shot, and I'm glad you didn't drown your equipment!

Here's to getting caught up in the moment! Yes, it usually means we miss something, or costs us (I know what you mean about slips and falls), but when you gain images like this, it makes all that worthwhile. Very nicely done, Linda - keep capturing the beauty.

Very good shoot Linda, i do agree with Jerry, would work better if you give more space to the model and her reflection, cutting out part of the border

I like this image a lot, and the reflection really adds to it for me. I think the rocks below help frame the subject, although I would have liked to have seen her more to the left of the image

Linda..... an amazing image. Taken with a womans regard to a wormans privacy.

Unlike Scott, the rocks work for me. I actually feel like an intruder, hidden, peeping (gosh that sounds bad) but I hope you know what I mean.

The arm? I see her fussing with her hair. Gives me the impression of a relaxed, unposed damsel, contemplating a swim.
