It took me a little to relate the title with the image... the wave of the arc of the bridge is the first element that jumped to my eye... it is very harmonic.. After looking at the title was that I began to look for the second part of the "X". I was looking at it as reflection of the arc, but I had to consider the base of the bridge to see the "X".

Excellent composition, excellent shot! I think this one is best from those series. System did not give chance rate it as 7, but it yours.

This image is a delight. The sensuous curve, the blue lights and the out of focus reflection combine into a well balanced excellent image. Best Regards. 

This is one of the most attractive architectural shapes I've encountered for some time. The curves reflections and colours accentuate the surreal atmosphere. It would be interesting to see the same shot with the WB set to tungston too.
