Excellent character study. The lighting and contrast work well to show her aged beauty. I love her smile. The catchlights give a nice sparkle to her eyes. The toning works well. You have focused very well on her eyes.

Cropping this closely to her chin on the bottom, I think I would have cropped even a bit farther down on the top to have better top and bottom compositional balance.
