Suggest a tighter crop to get rid of right foreground distraction. Also, I selected the bright areas and did a highlights adjustment to reduce the overexposure. Nice find.

I was torn about whether or not to crop tighter in order to get rid of the top of the frame. While it is distracting, I thought I'd leave it in to suggest the chaotic nature of the environment -- dangling wires, aging blue walls, etc.

I agree about the foreground crop, though.
