You have a very sensational model.

Some times the quality of light and composition makes an image and some times its content, you have them both in here, your exposure is all set nicely and so the composition.

I like how you brought up all of the nice details out of the model face and the dress, plus the skin tone and her head hair color, if not for the DOF and the background which is the only part of this image needed being more blurred to add a softer touch there.

One of the most interesting and attractive elements here is the model left eye, it is deep in contact with the camera ( viewers ) and of sharp details, thats makes the most of this work a real outstanding.

Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best.

Aleaksandar,

What a cutie! She is a very beautiful and elegant looking girl. You have captured a sensual little look. Her expression is wonderful. I love her tats. You have focused well on her eyes. She certainly has very good eye contact with the camera (viewer). Her make-up is very good. I can almost feel the breeze when she bats her eyelashes. She has great skin tone and the soft lighting is very nice. The catchlights really make her eyes come alive. The eyeliner under her eyes help to make them stand out even more -- nicely done.

The background could be more out of focus. It is a little annoying, especially in front of her.

The color of her drape does not go very well with the color of the leaves.

I wish she was turned a little more towards the camera so that the bridge of her nose didn't cut into her far eye. You are sneaking up on a split profile.

You are quite close to a merger of her chin and shoulder. A little separation would look better.

I can understand wanting to show off her tattoo, but if she wasn't angled that far from the camera she wouldn't have to twist her head back so far to look at the camera. The creases in her neck would not be as pronounced and there would be less space between her shoulders showing, making for a thinner profile.

Your subject should have more room in front of her than behind. This allows her to be facing into the picture, not out of it. You want to compositionally balance the left and right sides of the photograph. The compositional "rule" for this suggests that you position the tip of the subject's nose in the vertical center of the photograph. This little rule almost always works well.

This photograph is an excellent example of how a girl can look extremely sexual and sensual without being at all distasteful. It is all with the eyes and expression on her part and the lighting and camerawork on the part of the photographer. Good portraits are always a team effort between photographer and subject. It is wonderful to see the result when they can work together well. Of course, it never hurts to start with a stunningly beautiful girl. :)

Nice shot,

Mark
