Thank You guys..I owe u a few words on this one: it is a room in a hundred years old small stone-build house with two small windowe facing south, looking to the sea. The room was empty since reconctruction was in progress..I was helping a friend that own it. The best studio I've ever seen...In another life I will put together US$ 60.000 and buy one...
