The B&W makes it feel like old time 50's NYC, nice. Maybe a little more room at the top for the building is in order but not essential. Like it. Take care Rajat.

Rajat, This works very well. THe verticals of the background are a nice contrast to the horizontal angles of the boats in the foreground.
