Guest Guest Posted September 25, 2010 Very Uinque.Superb image here with amazing light and of very outstanding composition, the tree on the right side of the frame work ad he man in the centre with the dog on the left do add to the fine composition also.I like how you managed to bring all of the moving cloud of the sky in such a remarkable manner as I like also the contrast and tone here, all works together so nicely and form one powerful photograph.Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best. Pierre Dumas 286 Posted September 25, 2010 Absolutely great photo, a classic! All those beautiful B&W tones, the tree, the sky, the sea and the main subject so well posed! Bravissimo Edmondo!PDE Link to comment
jimmckinnon 3 Posted September 25, 2010 You've presented a beautiful, serene image, Edmondo. Everything comes together so great - the composition, balance, tonalities - great! At first, I was wishing I could see the dog a bit better, but then he pops up as a nice surprise. Makes me envious of the man relaxed there at the water's edge. Thanks for sharing. Link to comment

starvy 7 Posted August 27, 2013 A lovely crisp image that captures a lighting sitution that is actually rather challenging. My rating is based entirely on my personal taste, I would award you 8.5/10 for composition. The loss of 1.5 is because the unfortunate shadow cast on the dog who is clearly so much part of the tranquility of the scene but I wish, had been a little more visible. The problem in the composition is that cropping out the dog would not be the same. Link to comment
